Hardee's Lake City, FL is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and guide a fast-paced team. You will train crew, manage shifts, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.

• 1 year of shift management experience.

Mansioni

• Train for the position of Shift Leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meeting company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records based on company standards and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift including bank deposits and cash procedures.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
• Exhibit behavior aligned with company values; perform other tasks as directed by management.
