Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Cheerful and positive attitude; values teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Lead crew meetings and communicate operations procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash responsibly when in charge of a shift; ensure accuracy and security.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety and security policies to provide a safe work environment.
