Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of first-line supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant or customer service environment.
• SERV Safe certification or the ability to obtain it as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team and ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand standards.
• Coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Supervise crew members in food preparation to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure that staff maintain exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment.
• Manage cash control per policy.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork.
