Job summary

McDonald’s Shift Manager position at a franchise-owned restaurant in Seattle area. You will lead crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, while meeting targets and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to plan shifts and manage crew while maintaining standards.

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety, security, and profitability; hand off to next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.
• Support responsibilities including Food Safety, Inventory Management, Scheduling, Training and Coaching.
