Responsibilities

• Manage flow of service and direct team on shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with operational support functions (purchasing, receiving, inventory, etc.).
• Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.
