Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will support and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed efficiently while delivering great guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of restaurant or bar experience and can demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and superior guest service. This role welcomes diverse backgrounds and offers comprehensive training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
