Job summary

McDonald's Evans, Colorado is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every customer. You will guide crew and fellow managers, monitor quality and cleanliness, and uphold safety and profitability during each shift.

Applicants with prior leadership in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and a passion for teamwork are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor shift performance, safety, security, and profitability; communicate with next Shift Manager to prep them to run a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help Departments meet their goals.
