Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking a Shift Manager for a KBP Foods KFC franchise in Lima, OH. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold operational standards, and drive daily restaurant performance on shift.

The role offers the chance to grow into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles, with a focus on training, scheduling, and hands-on leadership across busy shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
