Responsibilities

• Control payroll to meet labor cost standards.
• Control inventory to meet company standards.
• Maintain building and equipment via proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Manage cash handling for your shift, including deposits.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ensure sanitation and safety policies are observed and enforced.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Prior Carl's Jr. experience is a plus.
