McDonald’s location in Michigan seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach crew and other managers, and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly guest experience. You’ll monitor food safety, quality, inventory, scheduling, and safety while driving profitability and crew development in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Formación

• Leadership experience preferred for shift leadership and team coaching.
• Ability to manage shifts, plan for staffing and execution.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shift operations to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Ensure food safety, quality and cleanliness standards are met.
• Manage inventory, scheduling and crew performance.
• Support department goals and drive profitability and safety during shifts.
• Coordinate handoffs to the next shift and communicate expectations.
