As a Store/Shift Manager you will lead a fast‑paced team, uphold quality and service standards, and drive profitability while providing excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/Retail experience required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights and breakfast.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Shift Managers must be able to stand for long periods and travel to the bank, other locations, Area Office.
• Reliability is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to deliver quality food in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
• Manage shift using company systems and procedures.
• Recruit, interview, and staff appropriately to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Provide A+ training for employees.
• Handle HR tasks and ensure food safety compliance.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
