Job summary

Cicis is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader / Hourly Key Team Member in North Carolina. You will help direct the operations of a Cicis restaurant, ensuring compliance with brand standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, and guest relations.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of leadership experience, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of a Cicis restaurant to ensure compliance with company standards
• Oversee product preparation and delivery and maintain high quality customer service
• Maintain customer relations and resolve issues as they arise
• Assist with training and coaching team members as needed
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by management
