Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to help run day-to-day operations at the Roma, Texas location. You will lead crew, ensure food safety, deliver friendly service, and help manage costs while maintaining a clean, inviting dining area.

We seek a self-motivated team player who can supervise during shifts, interact with guests professionally, and support restaurant managers in upholding standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old to work in a manager role.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state - federal law.
• Undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner

• Delegation of prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift
