• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service

• Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for upcoming shift
• Plan for each shift and manage crew and tasks
• Schedule, train and develop team members
• Maintain quality food production and customer service standards
• Oversee inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards and policies
