Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support operations in our New Jersey Burlington location. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests and lead the team during shifts, while assisting in cooking Panda favorites with precision and care.

This role offers hands-on experience in store operations, leadership development, and exposure to fast-paced restaurant workflows within a growing company that values passion, service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Some high school required.
• Prefer some operations experience and food safety.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
