Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in leading the shift and store operations. You will help in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests and work to create a welcoming environment for our guests.

You will also gain hands-on experience in managing store operations, leading the team during the shift, and developing yourself and others in a fast-paced setting. Some high school education is expected; food handler certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Experience in food safety or handling is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
