Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald's standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability on shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand off responsibilities.
• Help departments meet their goals during shifts.
