Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at a high-volume workload with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• The ability to empower and mentor the Tribe.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must learn to cross-train in all positions and obtain a manager's food handlers certification upon hire.
• Able to withstand physical demands of a retail environment.
