Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Shift Lead to support management in delivering Panda's mission with passion, heart, and pride. You will help create a welcoming environment, oversee shift operations, and participate in cooking Panda favorites for guests.

You’ll gain leadership experience, manage team dynamics, and develop a broad set of skills while contributing to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school education or equivalent.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Local food safety/certification may be required (at applicant's expense).

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain hands on experience in managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Develop yourself and others through a diverse range of skills.
