Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support management in creating food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride.

You will lead the team during shifts, help manage store operations, and gain hands-on cooking experience preparing Panda favorites. The role offers a central position in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in which you can develop professionally through hands-on training and leadership development, with opportunities to move into management

Qualifications

• Some high school education (or equivalent).
• Prefer some Operations experience and knowledge of Food Safety.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
