Bojangles is seeking Shift Leaders to oversee daily operations at our Tucker, GA location. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, guiding a team to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.

• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example during active shifts—setting the tone for service, quality, and pace
• Assign tasks, manage crew flow, and ensure shift checklists are completed
• Help train new team members and offer real-time coaching during shifts
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Handle minor guest complaints with professionalism and urgency
• Communicate clearly with management about needs, concerns, and wins
• Support drive-thru, front counter, kitchen, or any area as needed
