Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location in Oneida, NY. You will run great shifts, manage team members, and ensure smooth service while upholding company standards.

Requirements include 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L exposure, basic PC literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift. Eligible applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
