Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager at a Tupelo, MS location. This role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products in line with company standards while supporting and learning from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

The position requires at least 18 years of age, 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and successful completion of a background check. Fluent English is preferred for certain stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
