Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop operations to ensure food quality and safety standards.
• Foster genuine interactions with customers and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with training, give feedback, and lead by example.
• Manage opening, closing, and shift change duties per SOPs.
• Own shift responsibilities, monitor productivity, and coach staff.
