Job summary

Jersey Mike's Grand Forks is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location, coaching staff, and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience. You will supervise a small crew and help ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include coaching, cash handling, training, opening/closing, and maintaining safety and sanitation. This role requires energy, reliability, and effective communication in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler required.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
