Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in Staunton, VA, is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate the Hardee's in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will oversee shifts, uphold quality, service, and cleanliness, and drive profitability with solid operational standards.

You will train crew, manage labor and inventory, ensure safety and compliance, and lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably a valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
