Culver's is seeking Assistant Managers to lead daily shifts, ensure exceptional guest service, and model a positive, can-do attitude. You will develop a high-performing team, uphold food safety standards, and help drive restaurant success while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and crew.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on coaching to empower crewmembers and deliver a memorable Culver's experience across busy shifts.
