McDonald's is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to oversee weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service across every visit. You will lead Crew and other Managers, uphold McDonald's standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and help departments meet goals.
Responsibilities include supervising food safety, communicating with the team, managing schedules, and driving safety, inventory, and profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality food

- Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
- Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
