Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager for the Casa Grande, AZ area. The role leads a single shift, directs DC operations, and develops a high-performing team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management, a bachelor's degree in business or related field, and experience with Lean and continuous improvement. This position offers growth within a long-established retailer’s distribution network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar field preferred; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct the functions and personnel of a shift to achieve daily objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Serve as primary information source for supervisors and drive a motivated workforce while ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop network best practices for process improvement and leadership development.
• Assist in recruitment of DC personnel and drive workflow to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with HR and DC Leadership to develop policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
