Team Lyders in Bay City, MI seeks a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, supervise and train team members, and uphold brand standards. You will foster a positive work environment and deliver guest-focused service to drive a great customer experience.

You will grow with the franchise, showcasing leadership and communication skills, while joining a team that values collaboration and operational excellence. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant leadership or training experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background screening.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Direct crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Plan, deploy crew to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Audit performance and coach for improvement (CORE).
• Maintain equipment, safety standards, and cash handling.
