Position: On Duty Manager / Delivery Driver - Cumberland

Location: 3051 Akers Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA 30339

Availability: Seeking candidates for Monday through Friday shifts between 3pm and 11pm, with open weekend availability.

At Tiff’s Treats, we deliver happiness with warm, delicious treats. We are looking for enthusiastic On Duty Managers (ODMs) to join our team! This hybrid role involves leading store operations during ODM shifts, managing a team of 3–6 employees, and overseeing store functions. During other shifts, you may work in the kitchen preparing treats or delivering orders directly to customers. This role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, kitchen expertise, or enjoy the excitement of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• As an ODM: Lead the team, manage operations, train staff, and oversee inventory and sales.
• As Kitchen Team Member: Bake, package, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• As a Delivery Driver: Deliver treats promptly, provide excellent customer service, and assist with store duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of leadership or management experience
• Availability for peak days like Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current insurance
• Personal vehicle for deliveries, with proper operation and safety adherence
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions in a busy environment
