Allseas Group S.A. is seeking a Shift Leader Deck to ensure safe and efficient operation of deck machinery and mission systems on offshore vessels worldwide.
You will supervise technical staff, oversee maintenance, and monitor equipment while coordinating with a cross-functional team under senior engineers and the Chief Engineer. The role requires CoC III/2 or Mechanical Engineer (BSc), B1 English, and strong knowledge of pipelay, offshore cranes, hydraulics and automation.
As Shift Leader Deck, you are essential to the safe and efficient operation of our vessels’ deck machinery and mission systems. You’ll work on offshore projects worldwide, reporting to the First Engineer Deck, First Mechanic, and Chief Engineer, and collaborating with a skilled technical team.

You will also have the authority to stop the job if safety or compliance is at risk, in line with the Allseas Integrated Management System, and to initiate necessary actions in an emergency situation.
