Job summary

Allseas in San Diego, CA seeks an Installation Engineer to assemble AUT Dolphin Scanner systems and maintain NDT equipment. You will calibrate, test, and prepare equipment for project validations, while handling packing, shipping, and stock checks under supervision.

The role requires ISO 9712 Level 2 in UT/PT/MT and at least basic English; ToFD, PA, and Visual are optional. A dynamic, hands-on environment awaits proactive engineers.

Qualifications

• Must hold ISO 9712 Level 2 in UT, PT and MT.
• Proficient in English at least A2.
• Hands-on repair and maintenance of AUT scanner equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble AUT Dolphin Scanner systems and perform system maintenance.
• Check equipment returned from completed projects.
• Build AUT Dolphin Scanner and system for upcoming project validations and qualifications.
• Handle packing, unpacking, and manifesting of NDT and AUT equipment under NDT Supervisor guidance.
• Calibrate block material selection and perform quality control checks.
• Calibrate and certify Manual NDT equipment.
• Perform manual NDT when required.
• Assist NDT warehouse and stock checks of spare parts.
