Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during a shift (3–15 people).
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctual, positive attitude, and strong leadership with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift activities including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly approach.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Make consistent products per Domino's guidelines.
• Deliver products safely from the store to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area from the customer's perspective.
• Present a professional appearance in line with grooming standards.
