Qualifications

• Meet store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety with or without accommodations.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work for two or more teammates.
• Direct the work of others and demonstrate effective communication.
• Ensure customer service and store safety standards are met.
