Job summary

Blue Origin in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise technicians and operators in daily mission, test, and launch operations, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

You will plan shift coverage, assign work, and monitor performance to ensure on-time, safe execution across manufacturing and operations. Relocation: Available. Prior leadership experience in a regulated aerospace environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technicians in day-to-day mission, test, and launch operations with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Ability to plan, assign, and monitor shift coverage, workload, and backups.
• Strong commitment to safety and schedule adherence.
