Chicken Salad Chick is seeking an Assistant Manager who is friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated to guest service. In this role you will help lead daily operations, ensure high-quality food and service, and maintain a welcoming dining experience for guests.

You will supervise team members, assist with training, scheduling, and maintaining brand standards, while fostering a positive, efficient work environment across the restaurant.

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

• Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations

• Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service

• Workup to forty hours per week in the restaurant.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Inventory management
• Maintaining accurate transfer logs
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilities
• Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning on a per set schedule.
