WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Argyle, TX seeks a Shift Leader for a full-time to part-time role. You’ll lead the shift, support a team, and ensure smooth operations while delivering great customer service.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training. Flexible shifts, promotion opportunities, and benefits like 401(k) match and health coverage are offered to help you grow with the company.

Formación

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsabilidades

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
