WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations in a fast-paced car wash environment. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership, frontline team oversight, and a clear path to management through internal promotion.

You will supervise the shift, train new teammates, resolve customer questions, help guests choose wash packages, and ensure safety and cleanliness. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
