Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members and ensure a great guest experience during every shift. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate staff, coach teammates, and uphold quality and safety standards while managing opening and closing duties.

Starting hourly pay ranges from $11.67 to $18.67, with a schedule that avoids evenings and nights and offers flexibility, paid time off after 90 days, and other company benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable.
• Must possess or be able to obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred where required by location.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Lead shifts and help team members grow their careers.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• *Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
