Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Snyder is hiring a Shift Leader to work with the General Manager to energize the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and help set the morale and tone of the team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18, ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends, pass a background check, and possession or ability to obtain a ServSafe Certification before finishing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred but not always required at all locations.

We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 5am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
