We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel—adding flavor and holding everything together.

A day in the life of a Shift Leader:

Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring food quality and a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members. If you love making mornings better for people, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before leadership training
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
