Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Team Members, uphold Brand standards, and deliver great guest service during each shift. You’ll set goals, assign tasks, monitor operations, and support the Restaurant Manager to hit daily targets.

You should be at least 18, have basic computer skills, and prior leadership experience in retail or hospitality. Strong communication and a customer‑focused mindset help you thrive in a fast‑paced Dunkin’ environment.

Position Title: Shift LeaderReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
