Dunkin' in Willow Springs is hiring an experienced Shift Manager with at least 1 year of leadership experience to coach a team of 5+ and maintain brand standards. The role requires obtaining an Illinois Health and Sanitation Manager License (Serv Safe) within 30 days or having one already, with a $500 sign-on bonus offered.

Franchise Organization: Chicagoland Commissary, LLC; Reports To: Restaurant Manager.

Competenze

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members

$500 Sign On Bonus($250 earned 30 days after hire and a successful completion of training / $250 after 90 days)

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experienceas a shift manager leading a team of 5 or more and either has an Illinois Health and Sanitation Manager License (Serv Safe Certified) or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of being hired (paid for by the company). We are looking to grow and develop all Shift Managers hired into potential Store Managers as we are expanding! Overview

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities Include:
