Wingstop Westminster is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and to lead the team in the GM's absence.

The Shift Leader will embody the Wingstop culture, be a creative team player, and demonstrate dedication to the brand. They will convey the Wingstop mission to Serve the World Flavor while maintaining high guest service and operational standards.

Job description

Shift Leader has the overall responsibility of supporting the General Manager in day to day operations of the restaurant, and for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence. The Team Leader must convey the Wingstop culture to his/her fellow crew members and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, about having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the success of the brand. Every Team Member is responsible for representing the culture and mission of Wingstop to Serve the World Flavor!

Requirements:

• Guest service mentality; has a genuine desire to serve the customer.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.
