Flynn Wendy’s is hiring Shift Leaders at 650 E Main St, Waynesboro, PA 17268 to lead daily operations with focus on guest service, teamwork and problem solving. You will mentor teammates, ensure smooth service during peak hours, and help drive store performance while upholding brand standards.
