We are looking for someone who takes the lead to tackle problems, seeks help from others when appropriate, and is willing to provide help and mentorship to their team. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify!

Compensation: Wendy's® Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
