Captain D’s is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. You’ll lead by example, drive performance, and help teammates grow within a dynamic restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, delivering great service, and maintaining brand standards. This role requires 18+ with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and guest satisfaction.
