Job summary

Captain D’s is seeking a Shift Leader in Sylacauga, AL to guide daily restaurant operations and mentor team members, ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

You will lead by example in delivering friendly, efficient service, uphold brand standards, and drive a fast-paced, team-first culture. This role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and weekend/evening shifts as part of a dynamic restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a background check.
• Physical/mental ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements.

Responsibilities
