Job summary

The Red Bird is hiring a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support our team during each shift. This on-site role in Vienna requires strong leadership and excellent customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, opening/closing procedures, assisting with prep and front counter tasks, training team members, maintaining cleanliness, and resolving customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Basic English required; Spanish is a plus.
